Sylvanian Families Cedar Terrace - March 15, 2012
Cedar Terrace has three wonderful floors for lots of furniture. The top floor has a large round window and a small balcony to look out of. The other two floors have plenty of room for furniture and families. The floor piece of the top floor can be removed, and is reversible with a green grass effect on one side so it can be used as a garden. Figures and accessories not included.
There's enough room for a family of four in the Red Family Saloon car and there's even a baby seat. Includes picnic table, picnic food and drinks plus back seat trays and a baby car seat. The car can be parked on the garden section of Beechwood Hall (SF4531) (Sold separately) Figures not included

Beechwood Hall has 2 working lights and opens up to reveal 5 rooms. It has a balcony on the first floor and a reversible piece for the ground floor to make more home space or a garden area. Requires 2 x AA batteries (not included). Figures and accessories not included.
Sycamore Cottage is the ideal starter home for your Sylvanian Families. Includes Rabbit sister, sink, stove, bed, table, chairs & other accessories. The extended ground floor can also be used to create another level in the cottage.

Dr Murdoch is everyone's favourite doctor. He runs the Cottage Hospital very efficiently and it's a pleasure to come in for a check up or for something a little more serious. Over 50 pieces, includes Doctor figure.
The Ambulance is always well maintained and gleaming clean, ready to speedily get to where ever it's required. There is a comfortable stretcher on wheels with a cosy blanket to wrap around the patient. The cupboards are well stocked with all manner of remedies and equipment for every eventuality.
